Background:
Chel was born to a Hispanic background and is the youngest of 3 children. She was raised to be a homemaker but being the only girl and the youngest, she was told to remain home and take care of her mother after her father died. She did what she could but eventually, her mother became too overbearing and she left to live with her uncle across town. She and her uncle got along and he inspired her passion for song and dance. She was discovered after performing at a collegiate tryout and she jumped at the chance. During high school, Chel was mistaken as one of the girls who 'put out'. She never had sex with anyone in high school but because of her love for 'slutty' clothes and her sassy, bitchy attitude people assumed that she was a whore.

Day of shooting:
She was talking to the highschool cheerleading coach in the girls' locker room when a stray bullet came through the window and hit her in the back. It was her junior year and she hit the ground. Many of the other girls left her to bleed out as they tried to save themselves. She seemed to have been laying there for what seemed like eternity when the door to the locker room opened. She tried to call for help but she was still paralyze from the pain. She saw the hazy outline of a blonde man before she passed out from the loss of blood. She didn't know who saved her but she woke up in a hospital.

Personality:
Before the shooting, Chel was very sassy and displayed alot of provacative behavior. She was was openly flirtatious and used her charming personality to con her way out of a sticky situation. After she was shot, she toned down her behavior greatly and eventually, started to become better. She can still be very flirty but she has a little better control.
